Olloi Residences project will be paid according to a specific and clear process. Buyer needs to pay a reservation fee of 5% and then will pay the remaining 20% of the deposit after signing the sales contract from the Option date. Subsequent payments will be usually paid only 5% of the value of the apartment. Until the temporary occupation permit or certificate of status completion, buyers will pay 25% and when the project completion date is announced, buyers and investors will pay the remaining 15%.
